At Parmeshwari International Exim (PINTEXIM), we are committed to delivering high-quality, pure organic products including A2 Vedic Bilona Ghee, Raw Forest Honey, and Handcrafted Millet Cookies.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by notifying us through our Contact Us page or emailing us directly at parmeshwariinternationalexim@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched or picked up by our logistics courier, the order cannot be cancelled in transit.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable strictly if the product delivered is damaged, defective, tampered in transit, or expired:

• Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of physical delivery.
• Clear supporting unboxing evidence (photograph or video of parcel and seal) must be provided.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.

Non-Refundable Items

• Food products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
• Products damaged due to improper storage or mishandling after delivery.
• Special custom gift packaging requests.
